UK Delivery Times & Costs

We aim to despatch stocked items the same day, however, for standard delivery please allow 3-5 working days for your items to arrive to avoid any disappointment. 

Standard UK Delivery is via Royal Mail and costs £5.95, although during certain promotional periods there will be no charge.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail second class and will require a signature on delivery.

In the event of a product being out of stock you will be notified and we will provide you an alternative if available or we can issue you with a full refund.

EU & Worldwide Delivery

Seagrass Bay are able to ship internationally. Whilst these shipments can be subject to delays due to a country's customs and delivery network, we will endeavour to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. Sometimes EU and international packages can get stuck in customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control and so delivery times may be a little longer than expected. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any additional taxes, customs fees, duties and tariffs.

Our EU and Worldwide delivery charges are calculated at the checkout. As a guide for single items, the delivery charge to EU countries is £15.00 and £25.00 to other countries outside of EU.

Packaging 

In order to be environmentally friendly we aim to re-use and recycle packaging as much as possible. Please don't be surprised if some of the packing is re-purposed!
